VISUAL FIELD TESTING

During a routine comprehensive eye exam, your  practitioner may want to perform visual field testing to assess your central and peripheral vision, and sensitivity of your vision. We use a range of tests and technologies used to test this.  Visual field tests are used to detect blind spots "scotomas", which may be a sign of eye disease. Many eye and brain disorders can cause a loss of peripheral vision and other visual field abnormalities.
